Bu sürümle beraber Internet Explorer'ın test aşaması sona erdi. Bir sonraki sürümün ise son sürüm olması bekleniyor.

Internet Explorer 7 RC 1 in Windows XP SP2, Windows Server 2003 (SP1) ve bu işletim sistemlerinin 64 Bit sürümleriyle çalışması bekleniyor.
